Job Description

Administrative & Data Assistant

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; 

Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

$20 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative & Data Assistant to support our investment company. This role will focus on creating and managing Excel spreadsheets by pulling and formatting data from internal software, making it accessible and readable for the owners. The ideal candidate will also handle administrative tasks including scheduling, ordering office supplies, and answering phones.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in a professional office setting while developing practical data and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract data from internal systems to develop and format Excel spreadsheets

Create clear, simple reports for management using Excel functions and formatting tools

Schedule and arrange appointments and meetings for the owner

Order and track office supply inventory

Answer incoming calls and serve as phone backup during lunch breaks

Provide general office support and assist with other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate knowledge required)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to learn new software systems quickly

Good verbal and written communication skills

Professional and dependable work ethic

Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
