✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Record and assess patient medical histories and symptoms.
✔️ Create and contribute to patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.
✔️ Perform physical exams and monitor patient progress.
✔️ Educate and counsel patients and families on care plans and health management.
✔️ Adhere to infection control protocols to protect both patients and staff.
✅ What We're Looking For
✔️ Education: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State NP license and Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
✔️ Experience: Open to new graduates; experience in pain management, primary care, or internal medicine a plus.
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in chronic pain management and preventive care.
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team.
