We're Hiring: Business Applications Consultant (Construction focused)  
Location:  Remote |  Type:  Full-Time

We believe you will thrive in the Business Applications Consultant role if you possess:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience serving in a support role capacity in a professional office setting 
• IT service industry or MSP experience a plus 
• Construction industry knowledge highly desirable  
• A great attitude 
• Love to learn and possess a curious mindset to discover more 

As our Lead Business Applications Consultant, your objectives in working with our clients are:

• Define and create Microsoft Power BI Reports 
• Improve business workflows using Microsoft tools and/or define custom applications that we build 
• Deploy custom reports within the ERP (Sage 100 Contractor, a SQL Server based application with a built-in report writer; or Acumatica – a cloud-based ERP) 
• Roll out and provide ongoing support for our custom-built applications, ensuring seamless integration into our clients' operations 
• Implement and support our custom-built mobile app designed for construction field time collection 

Skills and Competencies for Success in This Role:

• Previous related work experience in customer service and consultancy 
• Knowledge of computer system validation process 
• Ability to evaluate, facilitate and drive towards risk-based decision making 
• Experience implementing, training, and supporting end users on new business tools and applications 
• Working knowledge on database querying (i.e SQL) and writing SQL Server queries 
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI 
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate 
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Extreme problem-solving skills including ability to analyze, anticipate and resolve complex issues (technical, operational or business-related) 
• Strong communication skills; including documentation, end user communication, and communication with developers 
• Strong personal skills including effective time management, self-driven, and prioritization 
• Bonus skills: Experience creating SharePoint sites and experience with Microsoft Power Apps
