Your New Role

As a Construction Laborer , you’ll play a key role in our team’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the foreman and crew with tasks like material handling, concrete work, and formwork

• Performing manual labor such as shoveling, grading, and clean-up

• Adapting to changing schedules, including night shifts and weekend work as required

• Traveling to various job sites within Savannah, Metro Atlanta, and surrounding counties

• Contributing to the safety and quality of our heavy civil construction projects

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

• Must provide a Social Security card and valid identification

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and traveling as needed

• Physically capable of performing tasks like lifting, shoveling, and handling tools

• No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
