Data Entry Associate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience with Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Familiarity with logistics or customs processes preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience working with compliance, customs, or regulatory documentation
• High level of discretion with sensitive data handling
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement orientation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect, review, and organize data and documentation from customs brokers
• Catalog cancelled permits and E-3177 forms accurately
• Upload and verify information within the internal CITES database
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards
• Communicate progress updates and status reports to internal teams
