We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Enter data from source documents into digital databases
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Perform regular data quality checks
Organize and file digital documents
Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines
Communicate with team leads for task updates or clarifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and typing skills (35+ WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good written communication skills
