GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT
SEASONAL, PART-TIME POSITION
The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a hands-on, innovative Graphic Design Assistant. Someone with resilient design skills, who can inspire and stimulate thought, while simultaneously creating world-class creative for Cincinnati Bengals Partnerships and Content Team. The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual seeking a fantastic opportunity in sports visual design that fosters a fast-paced creative environment while promoting the free flow of ideas.
The Graphic Design Assistant would have multiple responsibilities with a priority on the upkeep of developing modern brand-driven pitch deck proposals for our Partnerships Team with additional efforts in sales/marketing collateral. They would collaborate with fellow team members and our Manager of Creative Services to conceive and execute original concepts to advance the Cincinnati Bengals brand and Partnerships Team.
Responsibilities - Reporting to the Manager of Creative Services; develop and maintain a variety of partnership pitch decks, pitch mockups while assisting with marketing material and creative content.
- Create innovative visuals: partnership pitch decks, marketing & promotional assets, vector design, Photoshop comps, publications, web banners, email, video board, and Cincinnati Bengals digital channels.
- Work with our Manager of Creative Services and Partnership Team to develop the right visuals and voice for pitch deck proposals, marketing, and sales materials.
- Ability to create a scope of work and manage project plans with timelines and understanding of prioritizing resources and tasks.
- Ability to clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to the Manager of Creative Services regularly.
- Constantly researches industry trends, case studies, and brings innovative ideas to inspire the team.
Qualifications - 2+ years of professional visual design/graphic design.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment, while managing multiple projects.
- Expert knowledge in PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Current or recent experience in professional or collegiate sports.
- Strong ideation, collaboration, and people skills.
- Intimate knowledge of creative standards across modern platforms and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business goals alongside creative goals.
- Robust portfolio that highlights a wide range of abilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Proven ability to develop and create engaging pitch deck proposals.
- Background in human-centered design or design thinking.
