Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – In-Home & Telehealth (Chicago, IL)

Pay:

• $2,400–$2,600 per week (based on a 40-hour workweek).
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday.

Location: Chicago, IL (in-home visits and telehealth sessions)
Schedule: Full-time | 8- or 10-hour shifts available

Contract Details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Shift options: 8 or 10 hours per day.
• Setting: In-home and telehealth sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

As an LCSW in this role, you will:

• Provide in-home psychosocial assessments and telehealth therapy to clients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Offer short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers or care teams when needed.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver high-quality care.
• Support clients in accessing appropriate community resources.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW, M.A., Ed.S., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.).
• Active LCSW license in Illinois.
• Prior experience in home-based care or telehealth mental health preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Must pass a background check upon hire.
