Job Description

Open - Effective today, minimum 2 weeks per month availability for any new part-time candidates. For Providers already working at Broward for at least 30 shifts and in good standing with clinical leadership, we are willing to start booking shifts for the 1st quarter of 2026.

Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) seeking a dynamic opportunity in Florida? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This opportunity requires candidates with a minimum of two years of experience, who are ready to provide high-quality anesthesia care across a range of specialties.

Position Details:

Start Date: March 7, 2025
Providers Needed: 7
Shift Type: Varied shifts, including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
Shift Requirements: Call required; one weekend day every other month
On-call Requirements: Weekend on-call for specific locations
Weekend Requirements: Yes

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years of anesthesia experience
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required (American Heart Association only)
Preference for candidates with an active Florida license
Must be able to run own cases and supervise

Candidate Requirements:

Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the site
No Florida-based providers
Available for both day and night shifts, including weekends
Open to part-time candidates, with full-time availability preferred

Scope of Practice:

Trauma, regional anesthesia, and a variety of surgical cases including orthopedics, vascular, urology, neurology, GI, and more
Level II Trauma Center coverage
Cross-credentialing at multiple sites
