**HIRING FOR MEDICAL ASSEMBLERS - CANDIDATES WHO COME WITH CATHETER EXPERIENCE!** **THESE ROLES ARE CONSIDERED LEVEL 2 ASSEMBLERS!** **$22/HOUR - NEW HOPE, MN** **Job Description** + Assemble various catheter components accurately and efficiently. + Supporting the R&D team with new projects. + Perform stringing, reflow, liner stretching, coiling, braiding, skiving, annealing, and terminating braid coils. + Load extrusions and conduct visual inspections. + Complete final packaging of products. + Utilize small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes for assembly tasks. + Read, understand, and follow SOPs, GDPs, and safety procedures. + Flex to different product lines and assemblies as needed. + Engage in manual/hand assembly tasks, including braiding, stretching, and pulling catheters by hand. **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + 1-3+ years of experience in medical assembly and catheter assemblies. + Proficiency in braiding processes, annealing, and reflow techniques. + Experience with microscopes and smartscopes. + Competency in using basic hand tools such as tweezers, micrometers, and calipers. + Ability to read and follow SOPs, GDPs, and safety procedures. + Basic computer skills. + Willingness to learn and be cross-trained. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a strong career path with opportunities for growth through various levels, including R&D assembler and lead roles. Full clean room attire is required, including gowns, smocks, hairnets, and glasses. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday to Thursday from 5am to 3:30pm (4x10s), with flexibility for potential work on Fridays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
