Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Location: Syracuse, NY
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 07:00–15:30, 11:00–19:30, 07:00–19:30 | No Call, Weekends, or Holidays
Pay Rate: $54/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills and adaptability across a variety of surgical specialties, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in the operating room.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
Proficiency in general, orthopedic, trauma, neuro, and robotics cases
Must be able to scrub and circulate
Active RN license in NY (or compact eligible)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, scrub, and circulate during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
Monitor patients intraoperatively and provide post-procedure support as needed
