Title: Product Owner

Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to support projects within the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain.
• The ideal candidate will have 7 9 years of overall professional experience with 4 7 years of direct, hands-on experience in product ownership, Agile tools, and client-facing engagements.
• This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions in healthcare and life sciences.

Role Scope / Deliverables

• Lead Agile ceremonies and deliverables in line with standards defined by certifying organizations (e.g., Scrum.org, SAFe, Scrum Alliance).
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality user stories, product backlogs, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle ownership including roadmap definition, MVP planning, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business strategy and healthcare/life sciences domain priorities.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes by tracking KPIs and product success metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality frameworks relevant to healthcare and life sciences.

Key Skills

• Product Owner training and/or certification (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM preferred).
• Demonstrated experience running large products or complex multi-team initiatives.
• Strong healthcare and life sciences domain knowledge (pharma, biotech, medical devices).
• 4 7 years hands-on experience with:
• Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, wireframes.
• Stakeholder management and client-facing delivery.
• Data-driven product decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced Agile environments with multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech clients.
• Knowledge of GxP, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and other compliance frameworks in healthcare and life sciences.
