You will partner with cross-functional teams, guiding initiatives from conception to delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans detailing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and seamless execution.
• Manage Scope of Work (SOW), monitoring deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and timesheet approvals.
• Monitor project risks, maintain risk logs, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing status updates and expectation management.
• Collaborate with development, design, and implementation teams to ensure understanding of functional and technical deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and DevOps best practices throughout project delivery.
• Foster a consultative approach, understanding client needs and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Experience managing IT consulting projects, particularly in SaaS or CRM contexts.
• Expertise in SOW management, workload estimation, tracking, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Rally, or ClickUp for project tracking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms; relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and proactive mindset.
• High emotional intelligence and effective communication across organizational levels.
