Description A busy veterinary hospital in Vista is in need of a personable and professional Receptionist to join their front office team. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required). If you are passionate about animals and have administrative skills, this role could be the perfect fit! Key Responsibilities: + Greet clients and pets with a positive and welcoming attitude. + Answer phones, schedule appointments, and route calls to appropriate departments. + Process client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment collection. + Manage and maintain medical records and patient profiles, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols. + Assist the veterinary staff with administrative duties, including document preparation and inventory coordination. + Maintain the front office area and assist with supply orders as directed by management. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Veterinary Science, or related field preferred. + 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience, veterinary or medical office preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with veterinary-specific software is a plus. + Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. + Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
