Job Description
As a **Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our advanced manufacturing operations.
You will report directly to our Senior Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a 100% onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
+ Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and drive continuous improvement
+ Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

**THE BUSINESS UNIT**
Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.
