As a Messaging Specialist in the Danaher Global Infrastructure team, you're at the core of one of the largest services in our global organization. As part of a small group of technology experts, you will identify, recommend and implement innovative solutions and best practices to continuously improve, expand and protect our Messaging Service supporting more than 100,000 mailboxes worldwide. Your experience in the messaging and collaboration industry will allow you to lead migrations and integrations related to our Messaging Service to support the growth of Danaher's businesses through, for example, acquisitions.

This position is part of Danaher Global Infrastructure and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments and manage, configure, and optimize Proofpoint solutions including Email Protection, Threat Response, TAP, and DLP policies.

• Administer other messaging-related technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Office 365, SPF/DKIM/DMARC policies, and TLS configurations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in email routing, delivery troubleshooting, mail flow policies, and message trace analysis.

• Drive and implement best practices for email retention, legal hold, eDiscovery, and compliance in addition to developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system administration.

• Provide Tier 3 support and guidance to junior engineers and IT support teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Long-standing experience in architecting and maintaining Microsoft messaging and collaborations solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

• In-depth knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and secure mail gateway configurations.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, Proofpoint, email encryption solutions and Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel - Approximately 10% travel required depending on projects.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator, or similar.

• Industry Experience: Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, legal, etc.) with strict compliance requirements.

• Advanced Technical Skills: Experience with M365 migrations or multi-platform email environments.

The salary range for this role is $140k-$155k (US) and $130k-$140k (CAD). This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
