Surgical Technician

Full-Time or Per-Diem positions available
The starting base pay $60,000 to $90,000 , with additional compensation potentially available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, and other incentives.
We're looking for a dedicated Surgical Technician to join our team in Hesperia, CA. This position is available for multiple levels, including Surgical Tech, Senior Surgical Tech, and Lead Surgical Tech.
As a Surgical Technician, you'll work under the supervision of a registered nurse and be responsible for:
Preparing for surgical cases, including organizing supplies and instruments.
Assisting surgeons during procedures by passing sutures and instruments.
Maintaining the sterile field throughout the operation.
Assisting with the terminal cleaning of the surgical suite and instrumentation after procedures.
Senior and Lead Surgical Technicians will be expected to use advanced skills and knowledge to enhance patient care and improve perioperative performance.
Qualifications:
Graduation from a Surgical Technician program.
Active National Certified Surgical Technologist (NCST) certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire.
Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
The ability to complete Environmental Orientation within 30 days of hire and Unit-Specific competency within 90 days.
Experience:
Surgical Technician: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
Senior Surgical Technician: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
Lead Surgical Technician: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surgical Technician.
