Job Title: Virtual Assistant Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. Assist in the creation and organization of media content, including documents and presentations. Conduct research on industry-related topics to provide insights and support projects. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow. Support the production team in day-to-day tasks and assist in project coordination. Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients via phone and email. Other administrative duties as assigned to enhance productivity and efficiency. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional qualifications in Administration or related field are a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Experience Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred. Familiarity with media production processes and terminology is an advantage. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
